Currently, we only provide shipping within Malaysia and to Singapore.

In-store Pickup
- Currently, we do not allow in-store pickup due to Covid-19 situation in Malaysia.
Order Processing
- All items are shipped from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- We process ready stock order within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam/ junk filter or contact us for confirmation.

- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors on address details provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customer will need to take responsible on second shipment fees. We will then arrange second delivery once payment received.
- Delivery process might take longer time due to Covid-19, especially shipment to East Malaysia. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
